Customer Sales Executive

The Client Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for the overall performance of the retention & growth of the existing Book of business (BOB) of Avena, namely:

  • Retention of Contracted Clients through a proactive Customer Touchpoint model
  • Acquisition of additional sites within the existing Customer base
  • Management of Responsive Ticketing system through HubSpot CRM
  • Ultimately, drive Retention, Growth and EBITDA

The role

In this capacity, he/she is responsible for achieving the long/ short term Revenue, New Sales & retention budget plans and sales & retention forecasts for Avena.

Through the Line managers he/she develops and maintains a high-performance Customer Care culture within the various teams and is responsible for all retention & growth. The Customer Care Executive is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key Customers and prospects in the region and supporting the acquisition of these Large Value Opportunities.

Working with Customer Service colleagues, the Client Care Executive also ensures Customer retention and satisfaction through a pro-active approach to Client Care. The Client Care Executive (CCE) maintains and enforces Avena’s policies, standards, and practices within the region and ensures consistent implementation and adherence to Avena’s Mission, Vision and Values.

£18,000 – £22,000 per year
