When Eurostar unveiled its new staff uniform, it marked the beginning of a fresh chapter for the company’s brand. But while the new garments were stepping into service, another question begged to be answered: what should happen to the thousands of branded uniforms they replaced?
Rather than allowing them to become waste, Eurostar partnered with Avena Group to ensure every redundant garment could continue its journey. Through Avena’s SecureBrand® service, end-of-life workwear is securely destroyed before its fibres are repurposed or remanufactured, transforming obsolete uniforms into valuable raw materials for example reinforced concrete or insulation.

More Than a Uniform Refresh
