Internal Sales Executive

What you’ll be doing - your day-to-day wins Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct market research to analyse customer needs and preferences, adapting strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. What you will bring to the party: Proven experience in a telesales, busy outbound contact centre role or internal sales role , preferably within a fast paced sales environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effective. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Customer Service Administrator
As our Customer Service Administrator you will be a valued team member committed to delivering customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You will make each Avena customer feel valued, and provide the highest level of after sales customer care, all whilst contributing towards making Avena the *Global leader for secure and sustainable destruction solutions* Our Customer Service Administrator role requires a diligent, professional individual who has excellent attention to detail and prides themselves in adhering to processes whilst also considering and suggesting changes for improvement. Further, the person in role needs to live the values of the business and focus on supporting internal stakeholders helping to secure the future of Avena. Duties and Responsibilities Handling internal and external customer enquiries and complaints via telephone and email in an efficient and timely manner. Recording and escalating complaints received on customer accounts Full ownership of customer enquiries relating to operational linked demands including the provision of positive and proactive solutions. Maintain a professional manner at all times and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Taking ownership of and completing a variety of administrative and project-based tasks related to customer support, revenue review and data integrity. Requirements: Due diligence and thoroughness; someone with good attention to detail who approaches duties with robustness and inquisitiveness Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to meet deadlines effectively Takes responsibility for adhering to processes whilst also considering areas for improvement You’ll talk about solutions rather than problems, understanding what we are trying to achieve as a team, department and organisation and go out of your way to deliver.
