About the Role
Avena is seeking a dedicated and client‑focused Client Retention Executive to support and enhance the experience of our valued customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a confident and reliable point of contact for clients via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Deliver timely, proactive and high‑quality responses to client queries.
- Support client retention efforts and contribute to revenue growth through excellent service and appropriate upselling.
- Review and manage commercial contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain high‑quality CRM records, ensuring all information is current and complete.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
- Stay informed about Avena’s products, services and industry developments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to further enhance your skills.
- Promote and uphold Avena’s commitments to sustainability, diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
About You
- Experienced in customer service, with proven success in client retention and account development.
- A strong communicator who builds rapport naturally and professionally.
- Comfortable with commercial contract processes, or enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Confident in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Motivated by working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrates integrity and aligns with Avena’s core values.
- Eligible to work in the UK and holds a clean criminal record.
