Avena is adding a commercially driven Internal Account Executive to our National Accounts team. In this role you will strengthen customer relationships, drive account growth, and support the delivery of a high‑quality service.
Role Overview
You will manage a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence. You will also work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to enhance service performance and expand account value.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strong sales performance while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor account performance and adjust growth strategies as needed.
- Analyse customer feedback and market trends to support continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop internal key accounts to agreed targets.
- Implement customer care strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Support the rollout of new products and services.
- Produce tailored account development plans aligned to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders to support service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service or account management with a strong client‑care focus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Proven success in driving sales or account growth.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities through data analysis.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience leading account development initiatives.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel (over 10%) and a full, clean driving licence.
