Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business, grow existing accounts, and drive customer retention.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans using market and customer insights.
- Act as the main contact for national accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate across the business to enhance services and market position.
- Use CRM and data analytics to optimise sales activity and forecast trends.
- Stay alert to market changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through tools like NPS and feedback systems.
- Report on performance, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in B2B sales or data security services, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Skilled in strategic planning, relationship building, and CRM-driven sales.
- Familiarity with Miller Heiman methods is an advantage.
- Ethical, motivated, and aligned with sustainability and integrity values.
- Eligible to work in the UK, with a clean record and full driving licence.
