The Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll lead new business development, identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with senior decision‑makers. You will build long-term relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities
• Engage and consult with senior stakeholders across diverse industries
• Deliver compelling proposals and close high‑value deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent Avena professionally and with integrity
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in environmental, waste or facilities sectors
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust
• 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Results‑driven mindset and passion for sustainability
• Experience managing complex sales with multiple decision‑makers
