ROLE
• To answer queries from our customers
• Focused on retaining our existing customer volume at 95%
• Creating opportunity to grow the existing client base by 10% year on year
• Offering consultation to existing customers in demonstrating our multi-channel service solutions
• Ensuring that customer queries are resolved
• Highlighting customer concerns with peers in the business to create resolution
• Updating our internal CRM database
• Following up agreed actions
• Providing excellent communication to our customers and internal teams
YOU
Our ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer service-based sales. Business to
business experience a plus but most important is attitude and willingness to learn as continual
training and coaching will be given.
Skilled in demonstrating how to handle customer concerns/addressing indifference and open questioning would be advantageous although, again, training will be provided. You should be computer literate and have strong communication skills. Discretion and the ability to retain confidentiality is key to this position.
